Cherwell District Council to hold public consultations on Local Plan Part 1 and 2

Cherwell District Council are holding public consultations on a raft of planning policy documents relating to the Local Plan, running from 29 January to 11 March.
The following documents have been published by the Council and they are inviting comment:
1.Partial Review of the Cherwell Local Plan (Part 1): Oxford’s unmet housing need- Issues Paper
2.Cherwell Local Plan 2011-2031 (Part 2): Development Management Policies and Sites- Issues Paper
Call for Sites:
Both Issues Consultations are accompanied by a “Call for Sites”, in other words, the Council wants to hear from developers wishing to promote a site for development!
3. Draft Statement of Community Involvement
All of the above documents can be found on the Council website.

The consultation period extends to Friday 11th March 2016.
