Deadline for consultation has been extended to 1st September.

The Plan Review allocates 4,400 houses as part of Oxford’s ‘unmet need’, all located in the Oxford Green Belt, around Kidlington, Begbroke, Yarnton and North Oxford. 

New planning measures will make it easier to build much needed homes according to Housing Secretary, Robert Jenrick.

POETS, Planning Oxfordshire’s Environment and Transport Sustainably, have raised concerns that road proposals linked to the controversial proposed housing development at Chalgrove airfield could pave the way for the Oxford to Cambridge expressway.
